Reservations are optional. Walk-ins are welcome at all six Clineva locations, seven days a week. You can reserve a time window online to plan your arrival, but it does not guarantee an exact treatment time.
Yes. We provide school, sports, and camp physicals for children and teens. A parent or guardian must accompany minors during the visit.
Bring any forms provided by your school or athletic program. If you don't have forms, we can provide a standard sports physical clearance form.
